Future invoices will be issued at the start of each week and will be payable within date of invoice date. Cancellations of class attendance requires a notification two weeks prior to the following term commencement date. The Managing Director of Ballet Essence reserves the right to terminate students from class at any time.

‍While every measure is taken to ensure the safety of students, participating in dance class it carries a risk of personal injury. By submitting the form below, I indemnify Susan Hislop (nee Barnes) and Ballet Essence Dance Studio against any claim by me on behalf of the above-named child in relation to any injury sustained to my child or any damage sustained to her/his property. Should it be considered at any time that the child needs medical assistance or hospital treatment, I hereby direct and authorize Ballet Essence to obtain this assistance if needed.
